Process Planning
My initial research question was how does the quality and the mindset during training affect a sportsman performance in a game. As I really wanted to know what are other factors apart from skills, that can affect a sportsman's performance in a game. Once I started doing research about this I realised that most part of sports psychology has to do with confidence and if I do my research about this I will be able to benefit my self from the research a lot. I changed my research question and then I was able to link it to the IB global context Personal and Cultural Experiences.
Process Taking Action
I started making my product once I had completely finished my research because the research part is the most important part of my product. While researching there were a few things that surprised me. As I looked into the problems and the 3 main causes of sports psychologies and why a sportsman is unable to perform to their capacity, I found this problem really common and also understood that it happens with a lot of professional players which did surprise me. Making my website was also challenging as well, as I had to make a design by my self. I was able to make a successful project at the end.
